RETURNS

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your MayraFedane purchase. Should you need to return your item, please familiarize yourself with the details of our Return Policy? Ordering from MayraFedane automatically entails agreement to our returns policy.

 

RETURN PROCEDURES

  • Items purchased at a discounted sale price cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Monogrammed or bespoke items cannot be returned for a refund.
  • All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the items
  • To initiate your request, please email us at customercare@mayrafedane.com requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the RMA number to the address that we will provide you.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.  Our packaging is considered part of our product.
  • We recommend that you insure the shipment to cover the cost of the product.
  • You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Please note that due to customs restrictions, we do not offer returns for items shipped to Russia.

 

RECEIVING A REFUND

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible.  Refunds are processed within a week of receiving the items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For items purchased with a "FREE SHIPPING" offer, we may retro-actively charge customers for the original shipping and handling. Such charges will be deducted from the final refund amount. Funds will get credited to the original credit/debit card used in the purchase. Any VAT charged for orders within the EU will also be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through MayraFedane. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

 

OUR POLICY

Items must be returned as new, with all MayraFedane tags yet attached. Items that are damaged or stained may not be accepted and will get returned to sender. Where provided, belts, dust bags and tags must also be included in the return shipment.

 

LATE RETURNS

Items should be returned within 7 days of the date of your RMA request. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of MayraFedane.

 

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received in a damaged condition or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of purchase. Items damaged as result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Faulty items may be exchanged subject to availability. Where possible, we will also offer to repair faulty items.
